Suggested Dilution Ratios When Applying Nok-Out

The suggested ratios listed below reflects common uses for Nok-Out. This is not a complete list.

Cleaning:

  • Laundry: the general rule is
    • 8 oz of Nok-Out per washer load.
    • Spray the contaminated/polluted or stained site with Nok-Out straight from the bottle first. See 'Laundry Applications' for more instructions.
  • Kitchen:
    • Countertops, cupboards and drawers, Garbage Disposal, Cutting Boards, Microwave, Refrigerator; Use Nok-Out straight from the bottle. These areas need the full power of Nok-Out to ensure the removal of bacteria, viruses, mildew spores, and more
    • Tables, Chairs, Floors, the Air in the room, reduce by 50% with clean water.
  • Bathroom:
    • Do not dilute. You need the full power of Nok-Out to clean grout, urine odors, doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, etc.
  • Carpets:
    • Straight from the bottle for stain removal. See document 'Carpet Cleaning' (website)
    • Carpet: Carpet Shampooer: 8 -16 oz per tank
  • Floors:
    • Reduce by 50% with water for normal cleaning. Do NOT reduce for urine odor removal, mold and mildew issues, or when disinfecting a home or office.
  • AC/Heating:
  • Air Pollution:
    • Reduce by 50% with water before using a fine misting sprayer
  • Walls, ceilings, wood or plastic furniture, :
    • Reduce by 50% with water
  • Upholstered Furniture:
  • Automobiles:
    • Use straight from the bottle
  • Basements, or anywhere mold, mildew, and musty smells are the issue,
    • Straight from the bottle.

Disinfecting:  SNiPER is our EPA registered disinfectant product.  Always use SNiPER DIsinfectant full strength, straight from the bottle, whenever bacteria, viruses, mold, mildew or other pathogens are at issue.

Check the pH of your water before diluting Nok-Out. The pH of the  formula is 8.5. It is VERY IMPORTANT to ascertain that your water is in this range before diluting.
